Credentials Gritman Medical Center Physicians with contracted insurance companies as well as all of Gritman Medical Centers line of business.
Which includes hospital and clinic credentialing with contracted insurance companies.
Job Description:
Insurance Credentialing Specialist for hospital, clinic and physicians.
Essential Job Functions:
Works with physicians and insurance companies credentialing departments to enroll physicians and Gritman's Hospital and Clinics.
Uses insurance companies websites to process enrollments which include Medicare and Medicaid preparing documentation for enrollment.
Responds promptly to all physician and insurance inquiries.
learn and understand the different requirements and regulations for credentialing with insurances companies and government agencies.
Interacts effectively with other administrative departments and hospital staff on a regular basis to facilitate credentialing of services for Gritman Medical Center.
Performs filing, data entry, superior communication , organizational, analytical skills, strong attention to detail, ability to comply with procedural guidelines and maintain confidentiality and other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated proficient knowledge of working with computer applications, along with standard office equipment and PC Software.
Training provided.
License and Education Requirements:
College coursework or degree preferred but not required Work experience preferred but not required Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Audio Equipments Communication Confidentiality Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
